The work functions as a memorial to women’s resistance and to a history the artist does not want to disappear. Hand-drawn aluminium flowers are cut with sharp edges and fixed along elongated metal rays, creating the impression of forms descending from above. An amethyst at the top marks a point of rebirth, connecting the sculpture to the recovery of female strength after repression.
